I recently ordered a snuff that has been discontinued. Mark contacted me within a day to let me know that the snuff was no longer available, and that he was ready to order whatever I wanted to exchange for the unavailable snuff. Even though there was a price difference between what I originally wanted and what I subsequently chose, Mark waived the difference, explaining it was the thing to do since I had been inconvenienced. Thats pretty good service IMO. Besides, Mr. Snuff has the best selection available anywhere. That's why I am, and will continue to be, a long-term customer.
