Had an order that was lost in the shuffle somehow, perhaps because i changed address and it got sent back or something. It was annoying but recently a guy from mrsnuff contacted me and was extremely helpful. Apparently, another fella dealt with my order and he left and never fixed my order. Either way, im not one to hold a grudge and once they started helping me out they were quite responsive and gave me free tracking and i received my order 1 week later which isnt bad. Usually my orders have taken between 7-14 days. This was the first order i had any problem with and im glad they rectified it because i really do like this company and plan to order more and recommend friends and family to, as well. Good quality, good price, and it seems the customer service is ok now. I would even say the customer service is awesome as long as they are as helpful as they were for me recently. show less

First order from Mr.Snuff and am absolutely thrilled with the service. My parcel arrived to the US in 8 days flat, so 6 business days. The products are profound in experience and effect, I've never used snuff before and must express, having quit smoking 2-3 years ago, that I'll never return to smoking. The aromas that dance within the nasal passages are simply incredible, even the one mentholated product I ordered is enjoyable despite never enjoying mentholated products I still loved using eucalyptus oil in my sauna water to clear the sinuses and lungs and the mentholated snuff is much more geared toward a eucalyptus aroma than a sharp mint and definitely clears the sinuses. I couldn't be more pleased with your service and products and will be making a number of purchases later this year as Holiday gift boxes for my smoking relatives to perhaps help them spare their lungs and experience the aromatherapy that these snuffs provide. Last bit, even the higher nicotine content snuffs reported to be "harsher" in the burn are still very tolerated and I've yet to have any sneeze response from any of the products ordered. Still have not received my order from last November and it is now almost September. They have finally responded to me recently saying the person waa let go who dealt with my order but i have not heard anything else since that last message which was like 2 weeks ago. Was about a $40 Order. Love the product here but feel disrespected and since there is hardly any competition for other snuff companies I feel they can kinda afford to screw ya over. I at least hope t hat isn't the mindset of this company and instead there is a reasonable excuse. But until I find out otherwise I'm going to assume this company doesn't care too much about their customers. show less
