SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday. In the event that an item is back ordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. We ship all orders via Royal Mail.

PLEASE NOTE:

International Orders (Ex-EU). All duties and taxes on shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. We expect our customers to know customs regulations in their countries, and MrSnuff Inc will not be responsible for shipments detained, delayed, seized or returned by customs. While this particular scenario has yet to transpire, please be advised that we will issue no refunds for shipments held by customs, lost, or stolen. If the items are returned to us we will issue a refund for all undamaged, unopened items we can restock and sell, minus $20 restocking fee and the shipping cost which is not recoverable.

FREIGHT DAMAGE:

If damage happens to your items in shipping, please refuse your order, indicate "damaged" on delivery receipt and contact us immediately so we can replace your order. We will take all steps necessary to insure that you have your replacement product as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please be advised that it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of, and pay for, any taxes or duty that may be due on their order. MrSnuff Inc are not liable for and taxes or duty. If you refuse delivery of the package, it may or may not get sent back to us. Unfortunately, we have no way to control this.

We stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product, simply return it to us in its original unopened packaging for a full refund, less shipping charges, no questions asked. You have 10 days after receipt to make this decision.
