Please note that while we ship worldwide it is your responsibility to be aware of your local customs laws. If your snuff order is held at customs, fees assessed or returned to us, we cannot be held responsible.In addition there may be fees assessed by the carrier. For example UPS charges a brokerage fee. Again, you are responsible for any fees charged by anybody after it leaves our warehouse.

Please be aware that your Customs may or may not decide to inspect your parcel. This causes a 2-3 week delay on top of shipping times regardless if you pay for expedited shipping. We recommend paying for a tracking number. Having a tracking number relieves a lot of stress because at least you know where your package is.

If your order is returned to us we will restock it and issue a refund on all undamaged items which we can resell, minus a $20 restocking fee and shipping and handling cost.
